New Original Artwork by Kellie Montana

Well, Kellie has done it again. A favorite of ours, her artwork never fails to catch our customers' eyes and generally sell out before we can get more in. These pieces, though, are truly special. We are so very proud to announce that Kellie has received a licensing deal with Creative Co-Op! That means that this painting is the one and only original that she will have (of this design,) since Creative Co-Op will be reproducing the image.

The same goes for this spunky British number. The lucky customer who grabs this original could one day buy a pillow, coasters, or other items reproduced with this same image. You could have an entire Kellie Montana collection! 

Finally, this just might be our favorite piece of artwork Kellie has ever put in our shop! The simplicity of this design allows the Annie Sloan CHALK PAINT® colors (Arles, Old White, and Paris Grey, among others,) to really shine. It's so different from her usual lovely work, but we LOVE it!

Christmas Gift Ideas

It's easy to become overwhelmed by picking out wrapping paper, bows, ribbon, and tags for Christmas presents. Sometimes simple is better. We spruced up this little cardboard box by using CHALK PAINT on the lid and stamping it with black ink. Voila! A cute, unique gift box just waiting to hold a Christmas surprise!

Jennifer Utterback's art work is a Christmas surprise anyone would be happy to receive! Jennifer layers acrylic, glaze, oil, and even coffee to create beautiful abstract pieces.  

The earth tones she uses in most of her work pair perfectly with the reclaimed wood she mounts them on. We love the elegant, rustic look of Jennifer's art!

Of course, we can't talk about art without mentioning Ms. Kellie Montana. These "Mini Montanas" are some of our favorite ornaments in the store. We've never been able to make handmade ornaments quite this sophisticated looking, and they're a great way to add a little something special to your tree without all the work!

Speaking of ornaments, for those of you who follow the tradition of the Christmas Pickle (Weihnachtsgurke), C'est Moi has you covered! Hide this adorable ornament in your tree on Christmas Eve. The first person to find it on Christmas morning receives good fortune for the following year.
